Next Step: Baptism

So here are the steps...

1. Attend the Baptism Classes: These classes are designed to help you understand baptism and prepare you for the big day. Classes are Sundays at 9AM beginning January 11th and ending February 15th, 2026.

2. The baptisms will be held during our regular 10:15AM service on Sunday, February 15, 2026. This day is all about celebrating and sharing this Jesus centered transformation that is happening in your life. Water baptism is a public declaration that...

You are a follower of Jesus Christ.
“Those who accepted his message were baptized.” —Acts 2:41
You are beginning a changed life in Christ.
“We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” —Romans 6:4
You are part of a new family.
“So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.” —Galatians 3:26–27

3. Mentor: Your baptism is JUST the beginning of an incredible journey to trust and follow Jesus, and we as a church body will be committed to walk with you on that journey. As such, we are committed to support you in this journey by helping you find a small group and plugging you into a group that will make you feel supported and guided as you begin the next step of growth in spiritual maturity.

4. This is for ALL ages, for any who believe they are ready to be baptized or just want to know more. There are also other 9AM classes so adults with children can send their kids to those classes while they take the Next Steps Class.
